Top Manufacturers Accelerate Eco-Material Upgrade & Overseas Factory Layout to Stabilize Global Supply Chain
Leading global inflatable swimming product giants Bestway and Intex speed up green transformation and production base expansion to adapt to worldwide environmental and tariff changes. In April 2025, Bestway finished the expansion of its automated production plant in Vietnam, installing digital printing and precision high-frequency welding workshops to lift monthly output of inflatable pools by 35% and cut reliance on single China-based production.
Intex released its first recycled-PVC inflatable swimming series in mid-2025, using water-based non-toxic ink for surface printing; the eco-friendly lineup now accounts for nearly 28% of the brand’s total summer product shipments across Europe and North America. Chinese mid-sized inflatable water product exporter YOLLOY focuses on commercial floating swimming platforms for public pools and coastal resorts, with its certified EN71 floating dock products exported to more than 100 countries across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East in the first quarter of 2026.
Industry analysts note easing US-China trade uncertainties in mid-2026 effectively reduce tariff risks for inflatable swimming goods under HS code 9508, helping export manufacturers secure more long-term orders from Western retailers.
